Somehow (and by God’s grace), a past client referred me into a commercial real estate transaction and the broker officially added me to their team.

Which means the next 45 days look like:

• Meetings with attorneys
• Calls with potential buyers
• A lot of Zoom (and coffee ☕)

When this closes… it’s going to be a major game-changer for me and this little passion project we’re building together.

  • And continued praying for the perfect short-term rental.
• Our heart behind the rental? To share it with families walking through tragedy and gift them a week of rest, peace, and love.
